Everything starts with your BIA’s geography.

We build around your BIA’s existing boundary, identify relevant local event sources and fit the guide to your brand.

01

More visibility for local events

Searchable listings support SEO and AEO, helping district events get found and extending the reach of local businesses and organisers. Each listing credits and links to its original event page, directing interested visitors back to the source.

02

A calendar on your website

Place the district calendar, with search and date filters, on the BIA site your community already knows. Style it to fit your identity and keep it maintained after setup.

03

Control over your events

Keep your own event details, dates and links current. Local organisers can contribute their events without making your team enter every listing.

Make your existing district work easier to find.

Your BIA already brings people together through events, businesses and public spaces. A current local guide gives that work a permanent place to be discovered, even between major initiatives.

For events you produce, manage or are authorized to represent, we can agree on reporting for event views and onward referrals. Those digital signals support board updates without claiming to measure visits or sales.

About ticket links: For eligible third-party events in your district, we may use affiliate ticket links and retain any resulting commission, including from providers such as Fever or Ticketmaster.

A local solution, on your terms.

Can this work as a standalone district calendar?

Yes. Your BIA can have a dedicated public guide and place the calendar on its existing website. It can also connect to a wider local events platform later.

Which events appear in the calendar?

We use your BIA’s existing boundary and agree on relevant public event sources before setup. We bring in eligible events from across the district, not just events submitted to your BIA. Your team can maintain the events it runs or represents.

Do we have to maintain every listing ourselves?

No. We monitor agreed event sources and update listings as organisers announce changes such as cancellations, postponements or sold-out status. Your team and local organisers can also update their own events.

How do events get found online?

Clear, current event details help search engines and AI assistants understand what is happening in your district. This supports SEO and AEO and can extend the reach of local businesses and organisers. Each listing credits and links to its original event page for details, registration or tickets. Search placement and AI mentions cannot be guaranteed.

What does the reporting cover?

Reporting can show digital activity such as event views and onward referrals for events your BIA produces, manages or is authorized to represent. It does not measure attendance, foot traffic or sales.
